When remote depositing a check please keep in mind:
- Deposits will typically be credited to your account within 15 minutes of submission unless they require a manual review by one of our team.
- If you receive a message that states that your deposit requires a manual review after submission, your deposit will be credited within one business day.
- You will receive an email from us once the deposit has been reviewed and released to your account.
- Deposits may be held for a manual review for a variety of reasons. These include image quality of the picture of the check, endorsement legibility, readability of the check information (amounts/payees/etc), the amount of the check, etc...
- PLEASE DO NOT REDEPOSIT the check, since it will cause the check to post twice once the review is complete.

*Platinum or Dollars & Sense Checking accounts have unlimited FREE remote deposit.
Basic and Classic Checking accounts have a convenience
fee of $.25 per check deposited.
Deposits are subject to verification and not available for immediate withdrawal.
